Are there special washing instructions?

Yes! Each product is made using a “Direct to Film” printing process! DTF(direct to film) items require extra special care to increase their longevity. Here are some washing guidelines to follow:

• Wash inside out in cold water
• Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners 
• Use mild detergents 
• Do no dry clean or iron
• Hang dry or tumble dry low

 

Do you accept returns, refunds, or cancellations?

Unfortunately, we do not. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please refer to to our Refund Policy page for more info. 

 

Do you carry extended sizes?

At this time, no. In our efforts to be more size inclusive, we are currently browsing new clothing + accessory options to bring to the shop. We appreciate your understanding and your excitement about wearing Kitty Kompound apparel!
